COVID-19 Update - Referrals

We are open and our referral staff are on hand for you and your clients during this difficult time. Please send all your referral requests as usual.

Clients being referred

Depending on the individual circumstances, clients may be offered a video or telephone consult, enabling our team to assess if we need to see the pet in person to provide further care at this time or give guidance and advice until we are able to see non-essential cases. Fees apply and payment will be taken prior to video and telephone consultations.

If the advice is to come to the practice they will be asked to follow the advice below.

Advice when visiting your practice

Don’t walk into the practice. We need to keep everyone safe.

Instead, phone us and explain your situation. We’ll arrange a suitable way of conducting your appointment that is in everyone’s best interests.

There are a variety of options available to everyone - the important thing is to let us know and we’ll work together!

Telephone advice service

To respect social distancing rules, we are replacing our standard consultation service with video and telephone consultations. Please contact the practice to arrange a referrals appointment. See our advice on video and telephone consultations with your vet.

Post-lockdown waiting list

All referrals which have been seen by video or telephone consultation and are considered non-essential will be placed on our waiting list. We will automatically begin arranging appointments with the owners as soon as non essential cases can proceed.
